We would like to introduce a case of machining performed using a machining center at our company. The material is natural POM, with a thickness of 40mm, double-sided, and an outer diameter of 500Φ in a donut shape. We processed corner radii, holes, and grooves for gaskets. We would like to introduce a case study of precision machining parts conducted by our company. The material is PEEK, with an outer diameter of φ11x4mm, 3.5 grooves, and two Φ2 through holes. The entire process was machined using a machining center. The surface accuracy required smoothness, so we processed the pitch finely.
